Connor Haney

My name is Connor Haney, and I am a football player at Wesleyan University. I chose this project because physical activity is something I am genuinely passionate about. I wanted to explore how engaging in physical activity during childhood can influence various aspects of health and well being later in life.

Abstract: The purpose of this study was to assess how physical activity influences the development of mental and physical health issues later in life.Little is known about whether early physical activity can truly promote long term mental and physical well being, including improvements in functional abilities such as walking up steps and managing conditions like anxiety.
